Welcome to Biomarani, where we honor the historical winemaking traditions of Georgian wine from Kakheti. We invite you to experience wine as it was made centuries ago—pure and free from additives, herbicides, and pesticides. Our focus is on three premium wines crafted from endemic Georgian grape varieties: Kisi, Saperavi, and Khikhvi. 

K i s i

This wine features an amber color with crisp flavors of tea, dry fruit, and herbaceous hints. It is dry with refreshing astringency from tannins and offers a long-lasting flavor. It pairs excellently with meat and poultry. 

Alcohol content: 12.8%.

S a p e r a v i


Intense dark red/cherry color with dark ripe fruit and berry aromas. Features robust tannins and a full body with pleasant acidity in the aftertaste. Pairs well with hearty vegetarian dishes, lamb, beef, or strong cheeses.

Alcohol content: 13.2%.

K h i k h v i

Amber wine with an elegant flavor of dry yellow fruit and herbaceous hints of apricot. It features strong tannins, pleasant acidity, and a long-lasting sweet aftertaste. Ideal with meat, poultry, and medium-strong cheeses.

Alcohol content: 12.3%.
